We always cover the shipping costs of your order. So, every order comes with FREE shipping.

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. Check DHL's Track & Trace to see where your package is currently located. If you haven't received anything four days after the expected delivery time, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Veleci offers several secure payment options, including pay later with Klarna. So you only pay once you receive your watch!

Yes, you can return any order to us within 20 days without giving a reason.

The item must be in good condition and undamaged. Everything must also be returned in the original packaging. Please note: the plastics must remain on the watch. Please note: Return costs are the customer's responsibility! Veleci must be able to resell these watches after they are returned. Once we have received your return in good order, we will check whether the watch(s) are damaged. We can deduct any resulting depreciation from the refund amount. We aim to process returns within a maximum of two weeks.

The watch is wrapped in plastic. The plastic must remain attached if you wish to return it.

The plastic allows you to try on your watch and see if it looks good on your wrist. If you're satisfied, simply take it off.

If you've resized your watch yourself or had it resized, it's unfortunately no longer possible to return your Veleci watch. Even if we resize your watch (adjust the watch strap), we can't accept your return, as it's custom-made.

You can adjust the date or time on your watch yourself. There's acrownon your watch. If you pull out this crown and turn the dial, you'll see the hands start to move. Pull the crown out a little further and you can adjust the date. Note: Make sure you push the crown back in properly, otherwise your watch won't be waterproof.

Yes, an Veleci watch is water resistant to at least 5 ATM. This is indicated on each watch!

Below are some everyday uses for which a 5 ATM watch is suitable:

• Rain on the watch:  Resistant to unexpected rain showers and splashes.
• Washing hands (splashing water on the watch):  Can be held under running water without any problem.
• Showering with the watch:  Resistant to water jets during showering.
• Swimming with your watch:  Suitable for swimming in pools or calm water, such as a lake.

Be careful with salt water. If you've been in the ocean, rinse your watch thoroughly with fresh water.
